The Pennsylvania State University – Abington College invites applications for a full-time, non-tenure track faculty position in Economics to begin in August 2020 (annual, fixed-term contract with the possibility of renewal). The successful candidate is expected to be able to teach a range of courses in Economics, including Principles of Microeconomics and Macroeconomics and upper division courses to serve in its Business majors. The teaching load is 4 courses each semester. The faculty member will have advising responsibilities and be expected to contribute to the college community through service activities. To be eligible for this position a doctorate in Economics or closely related field is preferred but competitive candidates who are ABD or have a Master’s degree will be considered.
