Reporting to the Client Success Director, the Business Analysis Manager is a leadership role in Outreach Information Technology (OIT) that will be leading a team of Business Analysts who work on initiatives, write business requirements, lead work streams and help with testing. The Business Analysis Manager will help with creating a collaborative, team environment and remove obstacles on a day to day basis on initiatives that their team is engaged on. The Business Analysis Manager will be responsible for managing resource allocation, work on reporting within the PPM tool and create a dashboard for status of initiatives led by Business Analysts. This role will be leading a portfolio of work as needed and/or deep dive into initiatives to help their team when lack of capacity is experienced. The Business Analysis Manager will need to balance technical purity with speed to market, recommend and implement best practices, standards, and procedures and ensure a strong customer focus. OIT values customer focused candidates with excellent written and oral communication, listening, presentation, and interpersonal skills. He or she should communicate ideas in both technical and audience appropriate language, be able to prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment, possess keen attention to detail, think outside of the box, and challenge the status quo. Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment with experience in project-based work is critical. Typically requires a Bachelor's degree or higher plus eight years of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. A Master’s Degree with proven practical experience is highly desirable. Exposure to higher education or other public institution setting is preferred along with a creative spirit and finely tuned relationship building skills. Top notch leadership skills will be necessary along with a big picture orientation.
