The Office of Student Mental Health and Counseling is looking for an Administrative Support Coordinator 4 to manage the operational activities of the Office of Mental Health and Wellness at the multiple College of Medicine campus locations for Graduate, Physician Assistant and Medical Students. The position will develop processes and procedures for the office which ensure that student well-being policies, procedures and confidentiality measures are maintained. The position will assist with program development, overseeing the coordination of seminars and workshops, including travel, lodging, and meals with internal and external customers. The position will oversee the production of a variety of reports, publications and presentations. Please note: This office maintains confidential records. Individuals involved in these tasks must understand confidentiality and maintain appropriate boundaries with faculty, staff, and students across the institution. Manage the counseling schedules of three full-time Mental Health Counselors in the College of Medicine. Manage and order all office supplies and equipment for Office of Mental Health and Counseling Staff. Budget Management for the Office of Mental Health and Wellness. Serve as department resource for creating marketing materials to promote events, managing student registration databases, content development and event coordination. Oversee program offerings and scheduling with the Counseling and Psychological Services (CAPS) office at University Park Campus. Develop and maintain relationship with outside providers. Develop evaluation surveys for Medical, Graduate and Physician Assistant students, faculty, and staff on Hershey, University Park and affiliate site campuses. Create quarterly reports of office data & survey results and distribute to appropriate units. Develop and design reports, publications and various presentations from department staff. Typically requires an Associate's degree or higher plus four years of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
