The position is also responsible for preparing new and renewal appointments of graduate assistantship or fellowship; tracking student departmental and external funding; managing admissions and recruitment processes, including creating and maintaining complete applicant files, fielding questions regarding the program and admissions, and planning the annual recruitment event; managing the approval and tracking process for graduate student conference travel and expense reimbursements; creating and maintaining spreadsheets to collect and analyze financial and student data for internal and external reporting; responding to inquiries regarding program and University policies and procedures; and resolving various issues. University experience with LionPATH, the Graduate Admissions Decision System (GRADS), WorkLion, and iTwo is preferred, but not required.
