The College of IST is seeking a highly collaborative and creative academic services professional to join our Graduate Academic Services team. The program manager will provide strategic and operational management of College of IST online and resident graduate programs and collaborate with IST faculty and administration on the development, implementation, and assessment of the Graduate Programs office strategic planning process. Key responsibilities include development and assessment of student recruitment initiatives and marketing strategy, creation and implementation of admission policies and procedures, projecting enrollment growth and implementing scalable management strategies, budget creation and administration, and creating and implementing policies and procedures for comprehensive student services for matriculated graduate students. Working with faculty directly will be key to success for this position. The position will be highly knowledgeable of graduate student and program policies, and will supervise and direct graduate programs staff in all aspects of College of IST online and resident Graduate Programs Academic Services. Further, this position will serve as the main point of contact for online graduate students and represent College of IST graduate programs to internal and external stakeholders. Typically requires a Bachelor's degree or higher plus three years of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Supervisory experience a plus. The successful candidate will be organized and self-directed, attentive to detail, innovative, and customer service-motivated. They will also be skilled at posing solutions in problem-solving situations, developing and maintaining faculty relationships, and fostering a positive, professional and efficient work-style in a team environment. Must possess excellent oral and written communication skills, and be proficient in student academic management systems, financial and data management systems, and desktop application and email systems such as Microsoft Office and Office 365.
