The laboratory of Professor Paul S. Cremer in the Chemistry Department at The Pennsylvania State University seeks to fill a postdoctoral research position in the area of physical chemistry. The successful candidate will be working in the field of liquid-liquid phase separations using microfluidic devices. A strong working knowledge of microfluidics, temperature gradient assays, and protein aggregation is needed. A successful candidate will have obtained the Ph.D. degree in Chemistry and show evidence of exceptional accomplishments in physical chemistry as well as instrument design. A background working with Hofmeister ion chemistry and chemical kinetics is considered a strong plus.
