The Black School of Business is seeking applications for a Co-curricular Programs Coordinator. The primary responsibilities for this position include overseeing undergraduate co-curricular events and professional development programs, managing promotional materials and social media platforms, coordinating youth outreach activities, and arranging faculty meetings and seminars. These duties include but are not limited to: Planning events and offer support related to student clubs and organizations, professional development opportunities, youth outreach, and student recruitment and retention; creating and updating digital and published marketing pieces and administer social media platforms; coordinate activities, conferences, banquets, speaker series and lecture events; provide administrative support to the school director, faculty, and assist students with requests and paperwork. Typically requires a Bachelor's degree or higher, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. We are seeking a high-energy, collaborative individual with excellent interpersonal and communication skills who can work both independently and as a team player. Additional desired competencies include: problem solving, analytical, organizational, outstanding customer service and multitasking. Proficiency in Microsoft Office preferred.
