Description

The Penn State Information Technology Service Desk is looking for a highly motivated individual to provide customer support to students, faculty, staff, and public community of The Pennsylvania State University. Duties include responding to phone calls and email tickets to ensure each customer always receives outstanding service while addressing and resolving questions, providing Penn State general information, completing appropriate tracking and routing within an incident tracking tool, and contributing to documentation and FAQs. This position will work 20 hours a week. Must be able to work Monday, Wednesday, and Friday 6:00 p.m.-10:00 p.m., other hours are flexible. Demonstration of exceptional customer service skills, troubleshooting skills, strong verbal and written communication skills, and attention to detail are required skills.
