Description

The Pennsylvania State University College of Nursing invites applications for Adjunct Clinical and Classroom Instructor positions for the 2019-2020 academic year at various campuses. Adjunct Instructors will teach various graduate nurse practitioner clinical sections in the nurse practitioner program for students located at University Park, Hershey, Worthington Scranton, Fayette, and Shenango campuses. Classroom sections will be taught in class at Hershey or University Park campuses. A Master’s degree in Nursing (doctorate preferred) required for clinical sections and a Doctorate degree is required for classroom instruction. Also, a current National Certification as a Nurse Practitioner, Pennsylvania RN and CRNP license is required. These are one semester, non-tenure track appointments with the possibility of reappointment. Adjunct Instructors normally teach one to two clinical sections or classroom sections per semester.
