Description

This position will serve as an Administrative Support Assistant in support of Cost Analysis and the central University Financial Officer organization within the Corporate Controller’s Office. Duties include office coordination and management including oversight of supplies, telecommunications and copiers; providing staff support to the Directors for various committees including preparation of meeting agendas and minutes; planning meetings and special events; organizing and maintaining information regarding Risk Management Contracts; updating and maintaining departmental web pages and listservs; scheduling meetings; arranging facilities and technology; coordinating calendars for various directors and managers; analyzing data including budgetary expenditures and accounting system forms and transactions; and providing general office support. This position requires a proficient and comprehensive knowledge of office operations as well as strong organizational skills to manage complex calendars and meeting requirements. Strong knowledge of Office productivity tools, as well as ability to learn and use new technology. Requires the ability to interpret and communicate information, ideas and instructions clearly and accurately. High level of confidentiality.
