Description

This position is responsible for working with the Development team on the organization and execution of fundraising programs and related activities at the college. The individual will assist in the identification, cultivation, and stewardship of donors; assist in developing fundraising plans for prospects; serve as a liaison with University Development and Earth and Mineral Sciences; assist with planning and implementing on- and off-campus cultivation events; and assist in the development and production of communication tools, proposals, stewardship materials and reports. Duties also include assist with alumni volunteers including the Development Council with communications, planning, meetings, and compiling action items; assist traveling staff with donor visit preparation, composing and editing correspondence and preparing fundraising progress reports. Typically requires an Associate's degree or higher plus three years of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. This is a fixed-term position funded for one year from date of hire with excellent possibility of re-funding.
