The Division of Arts and Humanities at Penn State Altoona invites applications for a part-time Visual Arts Instructor with a specialty in 3D foundations/sculpture position for the Spring 2020 semester. The successful candidate must be committed to undergraduate teaching and learning. Candidate is expected to teach one class that focuses on a wide array of object and sculptural making for both art majors and general education students. Fluency in mold-making, casting, woodworking, assemblage, and other non-traditional additive and subtractive processes is desired. The Visual Arts Studies (VAST) program is small and operates with limited resources and space.
