Description

The Donor and Member Services office within the Division of Development and Alumni Relations seeks to hire 3 part-time Gift Entry Specialists. The duration of the assignment is for approximately 3-4 months and is expected to commence in late November or early December. Projected hours will be from 9:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m. each day, however they may vary depending on volume of gifts and available tasks. Position responsibilities to include the accurate identification of donors, recording of gifts in the donor database, updating biographical information, sorting of mail, data cleanup projects and other tasks as assigned. Competencies required: Attention to detail, ability to identify and reconcile discrepancies in data and records, time management, ability to follow written procedures accurately and consistently. Positive attitude and excellent customer service skills are necessary.
