Penn State Extension is seeking a highly motivated, team-oriented customer service representative. This position is responsible for assisting with customer phone calls in a timely manner and processing customer registrations and website orders in appropriate digital registration systems. Also responsible for answering customer phone calls and responding to email tickets and responding to customer questions and/or needs regarding order support, website orders, website technical support, digital product access, and general Extension support questions and call routing. This position also assists with data entry and record management in Salesforce, which includes ensuring contact, account, order, and other key data is up to date and accurate. The Customer Service Representative will engage customers and clientele on a daily basis, so candidates should enjoy assisting people and be able to create an environment that is welcoming to all visitors. A basic understanding of Microsoft Office, strong technical skills, strong organizational skills, and interpersonal skills are required. This is a part-time position 24-30 hours per week.
