Previous leadership experience (5+ years preferred) and fit to the department’s teaching needs are critical. Demonstrated excellence in online instruction is required. Online instructors must be willing and able to interact with students via live video chat, email, phone, and recorded video. These are part-time positions with a teaching load of one to three courses per semester. Opportunities for involvement in special projects, including course development and revision, may be available. Ph.D. required in one of the following fields: I/O psychology, social psychology, management, leadership, organizational behavior, or related discipline. The initial contract period is one semester with a good chance of continuing renewal depending on instructor performance and program funding. Review of applications begins immediately and will continue until the position(s) are filled. Candidates should submit a letter of application, including concise statements of teaching experience and interests, a current CV or resume, and the names and contact information for at least three references through the Penn State Jobs system.
