Description

World Campus Student Affairs is now accepting applications for an Administrative Support Assistant. This position is responsible for providing administrative support to the World Campus Student Affairs. Duties include providing day-to-day administrative support to the Director of Student Affairs including calendar support, arranging travel and editing/proof reading documents; financial processes including ERS support for staff and students, processing IBIS financial documents and support of club and organization fiscal management in partnership with co-curricular program coordinator; general office support including student affairs staff general calendar support, supporting the hiring and onboarding of new student affairs staff, ordering supplies and management of the general student affairs phone line and email account. Typically requires a High School diploma or higher plus one year of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. We are looking for someone with excellent, demonstrated interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills, the ability to work in a collaborative environment, a demonstrated ability to use judgment in problem solving and the ability to work both independently and as a team player. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Word and Excel is expected. Experience with university systems, ISIS, IBIS, ERS and LionPATH is preferred.
