Penn State Great Valley School of Graduate Professional Programs in Malvern, PA is seeking an experienced CRM Business Analyst to serve as the primary Salesforce and TargetX (CRM) specialist, responsible for the implementation and maintenance of CRM technology. This individual will report to the Director of Finance and Business and will facilitate the CRM implementation across departments, working with senior staff in Marketing and Recruiting, Admissions, and Academic Affairs. This position will create reports and dashboards to provide data visualization and to ensure understanding of reporting results for multiple stakeholders, assist the marketing team in the technical aspects of Pardot, and maintain overall data to achieve the highest level of data integrity. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, meeting with stakeholders to gather and analyze information about business processes, identifying gaps and/or necessary changes; aligning processes across units for optimal performance, efficiency, and cost effectiveness; writing specifications for use by vendor and/or consulting developers, testing, and implementation; acting as a liaison between stakeholders, managing relationships with TargetX implementation partners, consultants, and other Penn State units using Salesforce; providing functional and technical support and/or training to end users; creating and monitoring rules for data sharing; overseeing system and process governance; and staying abreast of the latest trends in higher education CRM and CRM-related technologies. Candidates must possess strong problem solving, project management, interpersonal, and verbal/written communication skills, as well as the ability to excel in team environments. Salesforce Administrator Certification or experience as a Salesforce Administrator strongly preferred. Experience with plan creation on enterprise email platforms such as Pardot, a plus. This job will be filled as a level 3, depending upon the successful candidate's competencies, education, and experience. Typically requires a Bachelor's degree or higher plus four years of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Additional experience and/or education and competencies are required for higher level jobs. This is a fixed-term appointment funded for one year from date of hire with excellent possibility of re-funding.
