Description

The Center for Collegiate Mental Health (CCMH) at Penn State University is searching for an Administrative Support Assistant to join its multidisciplinary team of researchers, staff, and faculty. CCMH is a national mental health practice research network of over 600 members and is a national leader in data analysis/dissemination and advocacy for the field of collegiate mental health. As its mission, CCMH bridges the gap between science and practice within the field of college student mental health. The Administrative Support Assistant will work closely with staff and stakeholders of CCMH and report to the Associate Director of CCMH. Responsibilities for this position include: engaging in excellent interpersonal and customer service skills, managing CCMH membership through Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software, establishing schedules/meetings for CCMH staff and stakeholders, documenting CCMH processes and progress, responding to member inquires, and updating member information and Institutional Review Board approvals. Typically requires a High School diploma or higher plus one year of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Preference will be given to candidates who display the following: sensitivity in working with a diverse constituency, strong evidence of exceptional organizational skills, flexibility in managing multiple tasks, proficiency in Microsoft Word/Excel/Publisher, and familiarity with a CRM and Electronic Medical Record (EMR) software. This is a fixed term appointment funded for one year from date of hire with excellent possibility of refunding.
