Description

The Department of Architectural Engineering at The Pennsylvania State University invites applications for one part-time, undergraduate student intern positions for the AY 2019/2020. The ideal candidate is a student majoring in Graphic Design or a related discipline with strong technical communication skills. Duties will include compiling, sorting and analyzing necessary data and creating graphics needed for the development of research publications and competitive grant proposals by Architectural Engineering faculty. Preference will be given to those with experience in working with engineering writing and have availability of at least 5 hours a week. Review of applications will begin immediately and continue until all positions are filled. Interested applicants should upload a detailed resume and contact information for two references and two graphic design samples by the candidate. Short-listed candidates will be asked to complete a brief assignment before hiring. The position reports to the Department Head of Architectural Engineering.
