Description

The Office of the University Registrar is looking for a Records Specialist with strong customer service, attention to detail, problem solving, and communication skills for the Academic Records Department. Responsibility will be primarily for supporting the Degree Audit system including coding of academic program requirements, responding to specific problems generated by users, participating in testing, analyzing processing issues, troubleshooting problems, training/support of college and academic department staff, and testing and refining the system. Additional responsibilities include maintaining and monitoring the department email; provide guidance and support to university staff, faculty, students, and parents; adhere to university policies and procedures; ensure student confidentiality is maintained per FERPA regulation.
