Penn State Intercollegiate Athletics, a Division I FBS and Big Ten Conference Institution, is seeking an Associate Athletic Director for Ticket Sales and Services Responsibilities include: Overseeing all sales and services operations of the Penn State Intercollegiate Athletics ticket and premium seating sales office. Maximize revenue and meet annual revenue goals through sales and service initiatives, including but not limited to season ticket, premium seat, mini plan, single game, parking and group sales. Liaison with outsourced ticket sales partnerships. Create comprehensive weekly sales and revenue reports and set up live dashboards to monitor progress toward established goals. Utilize data and CRM to strategize effective sales leads, pursue innovative methods of data collection and analysis and optimize significant existing sales resources. Collaborating with the external staff to maximize ticket sales and premium seat donations through ticket design and presentation, strategic planning, pricing, invoicing, and renewals, and solicitation materials. Lead and develop customer service strategies and initiatives to enhance customer service for current and prospective customers. Direct supervision and evaluation of direct reporting members of the Penn State Intercollegiate Athletics ticket, premium seat, and customer relations staff. Other responsibilities include assisting the process of donations for premium seating, club seats and suites through the Nittany Lion Club. This job will be filled as a level 4, or level 5, depending upon the successful candidate's competencies, education, and experience. Typically requires a Bachelor's degree or higher plus nine years of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience for a level 4. Additional experience and/or education and competencies are required for higher level jobs. At least seven (7) years of ticket, premium seating sales and operations, and customer service experience preferred. Experience with Ticketmaster-Archtics and/or other sports ticketing platforms preferred. This position requires strict adherence to NCAA, Big Ten, and Penn State rules and policies.
