Description

Seeking individual with PhD (or equivalent) to work on exciting projects studying the neural basis of multisensory perception in humans, using psychophysical, fMRI and electrophysiological approaches. The successful candidate must be a team player. Experience is desirable in one or more of the following areas: studies of multisensory perception, fMRI, and human electrophysiology. The individual will work in the laboratory of Krish Sathian, MBBS, PhD, under the supervision of Dr. Sathian and Simon Lacey, PhD, along with the rest of the team, to design and conduct experiments, analyze data, and prepare presentations for conferences and manuscripts for publication. The individual will also be responsible for recruiting and testing human subjects. The position is offered initially for up to three years, contingent on satisfactory annual reviews, with the possibility of further extension subject to the availability of funding. Salary based on NIH scales for postdoctoral fellows.
