Description

The Office of Development and Alumni Relations, in the College of Earth and Mineral Sciences, is seeking an Alumni Relations and Stewardship Officer to implement and execute a comprehensive stewardship plan for the college. The successful candidate will take a leadership role in guiding five departments and three institutes in their stewardship responsibilities. Duties include: drafting personal letters for major donor correspondence, initiating and executing the goal setting process requiring coding, tracking and monitoring of donor engagement and gift commitments, assisting in the fundraising process, and planning of various donor engagement opportunities, athletic events, and annual donor recognition dinner. Typically requires a Bachelor's degree or higher plus two years of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
