The Child Attention and Learning Lab in the Department of Psychology is seeking a Human Research Technologist (Human Research Coordinator) for a National Institute of Mental Health (NIMH)-funded study examining neurocognitive deficits in children with Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder and Anxiety (ADHD+ANX). The Coordinator will be responsible for on-site training and supervision of research assistants during their data collection sessions, the diagnostic interviewing of parents, psychometric testing of children, and data management. The Coordinator will also be responsible for tracking participant recruitment (e.g. phone calls, mailing confirmation/reminder letters, scheduling initial and follow-up appointments, etc.), and will provide administrative support (e.g. project related accounting, participant payments, copying and collating materials). Typically requires an Associate's degree or higher plus one year of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. A Bachelor’s degree is preferred. The Coordinator should have child clinical experience, be comfortable working with families from diverse backgrounds, and should be energetic, personable, and detailed-oriented. This is s a fixed term appointment funded for one year from the date of hire with excellent possibility of refunding.
