The Office of the Corporate Controller is seeking a Financial Coordinator to be responsible for oversight of the purchasing card program including the review of transaction history and patterns and the maintenance of purchasing card reporting (both routine and non-routine). Interface with Purchasing Services and financial institutions related to disputes, frauds, compromised cards and declined transactions. Responsible for oversight and management of unassigned purchasing card charges in the Employee Reimbursement System (ERS) including the maintenance of reporting and assistance with system enhancements to better manage unassigned transactions. Responsible for maintenance of purchasing card reconciler training materials, including web-based training and tutorials and assistance to Purchasing Services related to such. Develop reports and training materials as needed. Support Financial Officers and reconcilers with purchasing card issues and concerns and assist Senior Financial Coordinator with document approval, reconciliations, and pay and effort. May act as a floating Financial Coordinator assisting other financial offices as needed when vacancies arise. This position has a direct line to financial reporting and a dotted line to the Financial Officer organization. Typically requires an Associate's degree or higher plus four years of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. The successful candidate will have strong written and verbal communication skills, time management skills, and the ability to work in both teams and individually.
