Description

The Service Management Office (SMO) is looking for a highly motivated Senior Application Administrator with a passion for delivering operational excellence while providing excellent customer service. Duties include development and configuration of the IT Service Management tool, data collection and reporting, management of software releases, application architecture management, technical writing, and communications via the SMO website and other media. This job will be filled as a level 3, or level 4, depending upon the successful candidate's competencies, education, and experience. Typically requires a Bachelor's degree or higher plus four years of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience for a level 3. Additional experience and/or education and competencies are required for higher level jobs. Specific knowledge of ServiceNow administration and/or development is desirable. Knowledge of IT Service Management, experience using service management tools, a desire to work in a team environment, and a demonstrated track record of exemplary customer service are essential.
