Description

The Department of Classics and Ancient Mediterranean Studies of The Pennsylvania State University invites applications for a full-time, non-tenure track, Assistant or Associate Teaching Professor for the 2019-2020 academic year. The position will involve teaching courses in Greek and Roman civilization and Greek and Latin language courses at all levels. A Ph.D. in classics or a closely related field is desirable. The full-time teaching load is three courses per semester. The start date for this position is August 2019. Title (Lecturer, Assistant Teaching Professor, or Associate Teaching Professor) will be dependent on degree and experience.
