Penn State is seeking an ambitious, motivated Business Process Analyst to join our Business Intelligence team. You will work closely with the technical infrastructure and engagement teams and data consumers to develop and support solutions that sustain the decision process across Penn State. Primary responsibilities include: Participate in requirements gathering for new projects and development by learning about data consumers’ business needs, documenting them, and developing use cases; work with a variety of end users, fostering an inclusive community, to support the success of individuals, teams, and projects; develop expertise in the data and business processes and identify and document appropriate data elements and usages; prepare communications regarding updates and development; maintain the content of web sites related to Analytics and Business Intelligence, analyze feedback and recommend content and design changes; review reports and dashboards, provide feedback, document questions for future models, and troubleshoot and test data and security. Typically requires a Bachelor's degree or higher plus four years of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Skills that will help you be successful include written and oral communication, customer support, cultural agility, problem solving, working effectively in a team environment, and developing documentation and web content.
