The successful candidate will interact with skilled labor personnel, design professionals, and facility administrators. Typically requires a Bachelor's degree or higher plus four years of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. A solid mechanical maintenance background is strongly preferred. The position requires a basic knowledge of building systems; the ability to work independently and as a team member in a collaborative environment within a diverse workforce; the ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions and sufficient personal mobility and physical reflexes to move around various facility types for inspection purposes; and the ability to communicate with a large group of technicians. This position requires that you operate a motor vehicle as a part of your job duties. A valid driver's license and successful completion of a motor vehicle records check will be required in addition to standard background checks. Security clearances may be required for access to client sites. Applicants should submit a cover letter and resume. PSFEI has been providing facilities management and operations technical advice to Commonwealth of PA agencies since 1947. United States citizenship is required.
