Description

Penn State Harrisburg’s School of Business Administration invites applicants for a tenure-track, Assistant Professor of Marketing in its AACSB-accredited programs effective Fall 2020. Primary teaching areas include marketing principles, business-to-business marketing, marketing research, retailing, advertising and personal selling; secondary interests in marketing analytics and internet marketing are a plus. This position involves teaching undergraduate and graduate courses (including online teaching); teaching load is 3/2 the first two years then 3/3. Once hired, a commitment to effective teaching and publication is required, and faculty are expected to maintain a high level of professional activity through scholarly research and service. Candidates must have an earned doctorate in marketing or related field by August 15, 2020. Compensation is AACSB competitive.
