Description

The Curriculum and Supervision Field Experience (CIFE) Office seeks an individual to interview secondary education English education and social studies education teacher candidates in anticipation of their student teaching field experience. This part-time academic appointment will be for one or two days in Fall 2019. Your responsibilities will include implementing a common interview process, gathering and assessing student materials, and initiating student teaching placements for Spring 2020. Either certification in the specific teaching area or certification as a school administrator is required; Five years of successful teaching or administrative/supervisory experience in basic education and experience in supervising student teachers are strongly preferred.
