Description

Penn State Beaver seeks part-time Licensed Mental Health Therapist(s)/Clinical Social Worker(s) working from August 1 – May 31 to provide services for university students. Hours envisioned range between 10:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m., Monday-Friday with flexibility within to meet needs of the candidate(s). Along with providing individual personal counseling services, the position also engages the campus community through workshops and programming and consults with staff and faculty related to issues such as care, concern, and mental health advocacy. Experience working with college students is preferred along with candidates who have experience serving diverse student populations including LGBTQ+ students and first-generation college students. This position requires a Master`s degree or higher in Counseling, Social Work, or another related mental health field and licensure as a Professional Counselor, Clinical Social Worker, or Clinical Psychologist.
