Description

Penn State Intercollegiate Athletics, a Division I and Big Ten Conference Institution, is seeking candidates for a Media Consultant position. Primary responsibilities include: directing and coordinating live video board events in our sports venues; providing technical setup assistance to video directors/coordinators for video board and live streaming productions; produce athletic video features, commercials and promotional spots, etc. for LED display playback; provide basic maintenance, regularly scheduled software updates and simple repairs to production equipment; and supervise up to 75 part time employees. Typically requires an Associate's degree or higher plus three years of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Knowledge of sports directing, associate producing, associate directing, basic video engineering, technical directing, camera operations, video operations, and graphic operations is preferred.
