Support the Donor Relations and Special Events team as the Office Manager for a twenty-member team. Responsibilities include: Maintain and monitor department budget expenditures. Provide budget information and reports as needed. Provide administrative support to the Executive Director of Donor Relations and Special Events. Manage all new staff onboarding procedures. Basic office management tasks such as ordering and inventorying supplies and OPP requests. Support special events team with registration back-up and data. Support project management with back-up data entry. Maintain and monitor department calendar and handle incoming reception duties. Job requires the ability to provide general support in the office and other special projects as needed. Typically requires a High School diploma or higher plus two years of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Preference will be given to candidates with experience managing the budget procedures for a Penn State office. Proficiency with MS Office Suite, IBIS, ERS, and iTwo is desired. AWA, Workfront and Cvent knowledge is helpful. Must be able to work in a team-oriented environment. Must be detail oriented and exceptionally organized. The successful candidate must possess exemplary interpersonal skills and demonstrate a genuine appreciation in working with diverse audiences.
