The Professional Graduate Programs Office, Smeal College of Business, seeks to hire one Management and Organizational Leadership (MOL) student for a part time, wage payroll position. This position will work primarily with the Admissions and Student Services team. Responsibilities include support of the Admissions team with regular communication with prospective students; updates to various office websites, including social media outlets; web research; preparation of PP slides, excel spreadsheets and other documents; schedule and work at information tables at the HUB. Support of the Student Services team involve supporting community wellness initiatives, MOL Leadership Immersion and MOL graduation reception planning. The person in this position will also provide general support to the PGP 220 office team as needed. Applicants should have strong communication, writing, and editing skills; accuracy and attention to detail; and ability to work independently or part of a team. The term of the position is Fall 2019 through Spring 2020. The approximate number of hours per week is 10 and the work is to be performed in the 220 office (Business Building) with flexible hours during regular business hours of 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. May require occasional evenings.
