The Eberly College of Science Office of the Associate Dean for Undergraduate Students is seeking an Administrative Support Coordinator. The Administrative Support Coordinator will report to and support the Associate Dean. Responsibilities will include supervision of office staff; providing administrative support for travel, meetings, scheduling, grant proposal submission and reporting, and committee work of the Associate Dean; budget administration; and acting as the college records manager. In addition to chairing the college Undergraduate Support Administrators committee and serving as liaison to the undergraduate programs for dissemination of University and College information, the Support Coordinator will organize and support event planning for commencement and graduation activities, welcome week, parents and families weekend, and other student recruitment and engagement activities. Having the flexibility and willingness to embrace new opportunities and challenges will be important, as well as, taking an active role in building a talented and inclusive workforce. Typically requires an Associate's degree or higher plus four years of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Essential skills include a working knowledge of University business systems (Workday, LionPATH, Starfish, CSRS, IBIS, FIT, ERS) strongly preferred; exceptional phone and customer service skills; excellent interpersonal, organizational, and written and oral communication skills; and ability to multitask and coordinate several projects simultaneously. Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel and PowerPoint; Adobe software preferred.
