Description

Penn State Global Programs is seeking candidates to join our International Agreements and Global Collaborations Office in a full-time Grants and Contracts Administrator role. The person in this position will coordinate with faculty and other interested stakeholders to draft agreements between Penn State and international partners and arrange for the review and signing of those agreements. The documents will be based on existing templates with standard and required terminology. The incumbent will also steward reviews of partner-proposed agreements to ensure Penn State terms and conditions are included. The incumbent will record and track statuses of agreements and provide reports on processing times, quantities, and other statistical data of interest. The incumbent will coordinate with internal and external partners to ensure all potential agreements are vetted by relevant stakeholders before signing. Will include other duties as assigned. Applications must include a cover letter and resume as well as completion of the online application. The office is located at University Park in State College, Pennsylvania. Typically requires a Bachelor's degree or higher plus two years of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. The preferred candidate will have experience working with legal documentation or contracts, experience working with international partners, and experience working in an administrative capacity in an institution of higher education.
