The Office of Education Abroad (EA) is seeking a highly detail-oriented and motivated individual for the position/job of Records Specialist. The successful candidate will serve as a member of the academic records team, focusing on student registration and course enrollment, application processing and management, international course equivalences, grade posting, and statistics and data reporting. They will work with students to process EA applications and ensure completion in the Terra Dotta system. This position will work to enroll students into placeholder credits and study agreements in LionPATH. They will receive foreign institution transcripts for all EA students and will handle credit and grade conversions. The Specialist also troubleshoots problems regarding grade processing, including communicating with records units in the colleges and campuses, as needed. EA, through this position, manages the course equivalency process for students through the online system. The Records Specialist will also support faculty-led programming, students, parents and faculty through EA processes and support other records procedures as needed. The successful candidate will work closely with the EA Academic Records Manager and Associate Director and will serve as liaison with faculty across the university regarding course equivalencies. Typically requires a High School diploma or higher plus three years of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Experience with university registrar, LionPATH and TerraDotta is strongly preferred. Please submit a resume and cover letter as part of your application.
