Description

The Center for Engineering Outreach and Inclusion is seeking a qualified individual interested in becoming the Summer Bridges Program Coordinator (ASE and PreF.) The Assistant Coordinator position work 40 hours per week, which begins on June 24 – August 14, 2019. The Assistant Coordinator will report daily/weekly to the Summer Bridges (ASE and PreF.) The Program Coordinator will facilitate and maintain the day-to-day logistics for summer bridges programming activities. The facilitation and housing for Summer Bridges programming are in 211 Hammond. The coordinator should be flexible to work weekend and evening hours, have strong communication skills, and pay great attention to detail. The coordinator is responsible for the following: design and create schedules for all Summer Bridges staff; report and address any problems that may arise, such as student employees’ absence/tardiness or personal concerns; report daily/weekly to the MEP Director and the Summer Bridges Program Coordinator (ASE and PreF.).
