Description

Penn State Berks has a wide variety of positions available for first-year and returning students participating in the Pathway to Success: Summer Start (PaSSS) program. Students who qualify may work in an assigned job in one of the various areas on campus from June 24 - August 1, 2019, with the possibility to extend into the fall and spring semester until funds are exhausted. Hours vary from 10-20 hours per week. Job duties and responsibilities will be based on the area in which the student is placed. Additionally, second year PaSSS students are encouraged to become PaSSS mentors. As a PaSSS mentor you will serve as a role model and will help a cohort of 40 students in making the transition to college life. Mentors assist in achieving the goals of the program which are to help support student success.
