The Administrative Data Accelerator ( is seeking applications for a Research Project Manager to join our innovative team. Housed within the Prevention Research Center and supported by the College of Health and Human Development and the Social Science Research Institute, the mission of the Data Accelerator is to acquire, link, and analyze complex and diverse datasets from various disciplines to accelerate the research-to-impact process. The role of the Research Project Manager is to coordinate and manage the workflow of Data Accelerator research data requests and projects. Primary responsibilities include: collaborating within a diverse interdisciplinary team; communicating with researchers university-wide to understand project requirements; articulating project needs to data managers and other members of the analytic team; prioritizing and managing tasks; escalating issues and roadblocks to the director and operations manager, and updating documentation for projects, processes, and procedures as needed. Successful candidates enjoy working in a team environment, are able to synthesize multiple needs and perspectives into actionable plans (and have a desire to do so), and maintain a high standard for accuracy and completeness.
