Description

The Penn State Berks Office of Development & Alumni Relations is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented assistant to join their team. This position will provide administrative support for the Alumni Relations Office and assist with the organization and implementation of events and activities. Create invitations, publications and e-newsletters to promote alumni activities. Receive, record and process payments for event registrations. Process expenses and invoices to vendors. Monitor and update website pages and social media for the Development & Alumni Relations Office. This position will also work with academic affairs with the various campus advisory boards in tracking alumni volunteers. This position does require occasional evening and weekend responsibilities throughout the year. Typically requires a High School diploma or higher plus two years of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
