Marketing Communications Specialist

Penn State Great Valley, located in Malvern, PA, is seeking a creative, innovative, team player to join the campus. Reporting to the Director of Marketing and Recruitment, this position will focus on the planning, writing, distribution, maintenance, and measurement of news and feature articles, marketing collateral, newsletters, social media, website, and direct mail, email, and advertising campaigns. This individual will also work within the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system to develop audience-specific communication plans to reach prospective students. They will also assist with special projects including, but not limited to, market research and video and photo shoots. Requires exceptional writing and editing skills, creative outlook, significant attention to detail, ability to multitask, and ease with navigating a variety of audiences. Experience with copy editing and reporting, Drupal CMS, Salesforce CRM, and Google Analytics preferred. Higher education experience is preferred, but not required.
