Description

The Product and Process Design Division of the Applied Research Laboratory is seeking Graduate Assistants to conduct research and development on the intersection of manufacturing and aerospace. Near term focus is on applying 3D printing and additive manufacturing methods to unmanned aerial vehicles. Students studying Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, and Industrial Engineering are encouraged to apply. The successful candidate will work up to 20 hours/week during the fall and spring semesters and 40 hours/week over the summer. Successful candidates typically have an undergraduate GPA of 3.5 or above during their junior and senior years. Candidate selected may be subject to a government security investigation. You must be a U.S. citizen to apply. Employment with the Applied Research Laboratory will require successful completion of a pre-employment drug screen.
