Description

Inspect, maintain and perform routine repair on building heating and chilled water supply and return lines, check temperature in condensate line and traps, repair or replace traps as required using temperature sensing and recording equipment, clean, repair or replace strainers, valves, operators and other fittings as required. Service, maintain, and perform routine repairs on airhandling equipment such as univalent, fan-coils units, exhaust fans, make*up air fans, unit heaters, air handling units for single and multiple zones to include lubrication, changing filters, coil cleaning, changing belts and bearings. Service, maintain, replace and perform routine repair on converters, radiators and radiation units under the direction of a higher grade trades person. Service, maintain, repair and replace chilled water, hot water and steam coils. Use various hand and power tool.
