Description

The Department of Pharmacology at Penn State College of Medicine is seeking a full-time postdoctoral fellow to perform research in the laboratory of Fumiaki Imamura, which studies the mechanisms underlying brain development and neurodegeneration using mouse olfactory system as a model. Research techniques used in our lab are, but not limited to, in utero electroporation, next-generation sequencing, immunohistochemistry, and in situ hybridization. Applicants should be proficient in cellular and molecular biology techniques and animal handling. This position will be ideal for a talented individual who is finished their Ph.D. work in Neuroscience or another related discipline. However; all enthusiastic, curious, and ambitious candidates are encouraged to apply.
