Description

Responsible to the Associate Director of Student Services & Engagement for the supervision and administration of a residence hall community and promoting a diversified residential program through a curricular approach. Duties include assisting resident assistants with the development, tracking, promotion and implementation of programming; administration of daily operations; community development; maintaining an effective working relationship with campus partners; staff selection, training, supervision, and evaluation; student contact in the areas of counseling, conflict mediation and resolution, crisis management, and discipline. The successful candidate will also demonstrate a strong commitment to diversity, inclusion, and social justice and will have the desire to work with a diverse student population. Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree and current enrollment in a graduate program. This is a live-in position. This is a part-time job, at 20 hours per week. Start date is August 15, 2019.
