Description

The University Libraries seeks a highly skilled individual to serve as the primary administrative support for the Associate Dean for Technology and Digital Strategies and Sr. Director for Administrative and Financial Services in the Dean’s Administrative Office. This individual will be responsible for providing support for the processes of promotion and tenure, sabbatical leaves, graduate assistant appointments, and faculty and staff evaluations; supporting faculty recruitment/searches, maintaining calendars and travel for the two administrators; and maintaining and/or monitoring budgets and endowment spending. Managing, scheduling, coordinating workshops, conferences and internal/external events will also be required in this position.
