The Office of the University Registrar is seeking a self-motivated individual to join our team in the Enrollment Services Department. Responsibilities include: greeting students and assisting them with course registration, transcript orders, verification requests and other processes related to the office; providing student services face-to-face, through e-mail and by telephone; assisting in office management: typing, filing, composing correspondence, maintaining student records; preparing and processing various forms, requests and registrations including data input; opening, sorting and distributing mail; providing policy and procedure information to customers; composing and typing routine correspondence; collecting and recording information and fees; setting up and maintaining files and related records; responding to routine requests and providing back-up support as needed; participating on committees, in staff training sessions and departmental meetings. Typically requires a High School diploma or higher plus two years of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Knowledge of office computer systems and electronic mail as well as knowledge of LionPATH, ISIS, eISIS, and IBIS preferred. Excellent customer services, attention to detail and communication skills required.
