Description

Responsible for input of Food and Beverage payroll, tracking of wage orientation for new hires and coordinating initial new hire training. Responsible for the maintenance of the Food Pro program to include inventories and data entry. Coordinate communications between management and Finance and Business (F & B) staff. Tracking budget allocations. Will process separation and transfer forms and follow protocol, Personnel Adjustment forms, as well as miscellaneous administrative projects. Manage time keeper system and Watson labor management systems for all F & B areas (restaurants, events and culinary). Review and edit of all menus and published documents. Typically requires a High School diploma or higher plus one year of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. The successful candidate must be a fast learner, show initiative and attention to detail, and possess strong organization capabilities. Experience in a customer service-oriented environment along with exceptional verbal and written communication skills are essential. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook is required.
